A top Inna Resort & Spa is Zelva Sur, a laidback restaurant celebrating the flavours and techniques of the South: France, Italy and Mexico. These regions are united by similar culinary philosophies, a respect for the ocean, for hero’ing seasonal produce; not over seasoned or hidden in heavy sauces but prepared by open flame and earthy flavours.
Zelva Sur is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 6 pm.
Note: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to dine at Zelva Sur.

Born in Nice, he now calls Mexico his home, a country he has always revisited over decades since he discovered the countries charm on his honeymoon. Today, he takes time to visit the local markets, create relationships with the town’s fisherman, explore the colors of the season to bring to Sud an experience which is flavor first, letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
