The cancellation policy is based on the rate plan that the guest chooses at the time of booking, we have the following options:

The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 3 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel during the 3 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation in advance during the 3 days before the arrival date.
April 4 to Oct 31, 2027
The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel during the 7 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation in advance during the 7 days before the arrival date.
Jan 9 to April 3, 2027 // Nov 1 to Dec 20, 2027
The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 14 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel during the 14 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation in advance during the 14 days before the arrival date.
- High Season Special Policy applies to all reservations.

Non Refundable - The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if he cancels at any time. If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation. The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation at any time.
