For the opening week of our signature rooftop restaurant Executive Chef Bladimir Garcia and chef Christian Plumail invite you to a week of special menus and entertainment for guests and locals to celebrate the landmark opening of Zelva Sur.

Prepare for an unforgettable evening sampling the up and coming food scene of Puerto Morelos. We’ll show you our favourite spots where you can try everything from street food to fine dining, from artisanal cold brews to elevated Mexican home-cooking. 

Rooftop Night

At Zelva Sur, dining is more than a seat at the table it is an experience. Book a specially curated night and handover your decisions to our chefs, each dish a surprise and a presentation as live music plays long into the night and the star-filled Mexican sky becomes your backdrop. 

Catch of the Day

Local fishermen will drop by the INNA beach to share fresh fish, select your evening meal yourself or if you’re feeling brave, take to water to see if you catch a suitable Mahi-Mahi, Snapper or Grouper. 

Private Golf Lesson

The Riviera Maya has some of the world’s finest golf courses, many of which are a short journey away from INNA. For an afternoon like no other we can book a private golf lesson from a seasoned golf pro with transfers to and from our resort. 

Over several days of Dia de los Muertos our resort is home to an array of authentic celebrations where staff and guest join in to create papel picacdo, Catrina figures and enjoy cochinita pibil and other Hanal Pixan (food for the soul).
